The villa rental cost depends on 4 factors:
- when you will be visiting (high season versus low season),
- how long you will be staying,
- the number in your party, and
- how many bedrooms you will be using.

Please note, rental rates are markedly higher in high season compared to low season. High season typically runs from December 15 – April 14. Low season is April 15 – December 14. The weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter are premium weeks and are therefore the most expensive weeks. Most villas require a minimum of a week’s rental at full occupancy for those dates. Some require a 2 week minimum rental specifically for the Christmas to New Year’s period. Additionally, there are often date restrictions on bookings so that properties have the opportunity to secure bookings for both holidays. The week of August 1st can sometimes garner higher rates, despite being in low season, because this is Jamaica’s Independence Week, a period of celebration over the entire island.
