If you have Direct TV in the US, you know that it is often affected by weather. This is the same in Jamaica. As a result, some channels are not available or may freeze during viewing. We have no control over this. Refunds or rate adjustments based on services such as these, which are beyond our control will not be considered. Our guests typically do not use this very much and, as a result, we are discussing whether or not we will be keeping the service.
We do have DVDs and a DVD player. You should feel free to bring your own videos if you so choose, especially if you have your heart set on watching a particular movie.
